can you name the park/square?
It's a view overlooking a demolished factory towards the area I live. The south of the city can be seen in the distance
I was wondering if that small patch of grassland with those large trees had a separate name....?
No. It's just a piece of landscaped ground next to some houses.

I suppose that's the illusion of the photo. The lighting and the perspective make the scene more attractive than it really is.
Actually Szelsofa, on taking a closer look, I've realised the green bit is actually part of the canal bank. Not quite so mundane after all.
the bank of the river...oh, wow. It does look attractive, at least, to me :)
I wished to use it as a scene my hero's room views.
I think I might still use it, if you allow me to.
